Choosing the right board depends on your weight, fitness, and experience. Generally, beginners should look for longboards or soft tops with high volume for stability, while advanced surfers may prefer shorter, lower-volume boards for maneuverability. What is Tiki Surf's return policy on wetsuits?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all wetsuits, provided they are unused, have the original tags attached, and are in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, please ensure you try them on over clean undergarments.
Do you offer international shipping for large items like paddleboards?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, oversized items like hard-shell paddleboards and longboards may incur additional freight charges and longer handling times. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.
How should I care for my gear to ensure it lasts?
Always rinse your surfboard, wetsuit, and hardware with fresh water after every session to remove salt and sand. Store your boards out of direct sunlight to prevent delamination and UV damage, and hang your wetsuit on a wide-shouldered hanger in the shade.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Afterpay for eligible orders.
Are your surfboards covered by a warranty?
All our boards come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. Please note that this does not cover 'snap' damage caused by heavy surf, impact with reefs, or general wear and tear.
